Why I'm Betting on Distribution Over Building
In a world where any product can be built with AI in a weekend, the real moat is getting it in front of people. Here's why I'm going all-in on distribution.
Building is cheap. Distribution is everything.
I'm a product builder based in Singapore. I've spent the last decade taking products from zero to one and scaling them to millions of users and multi-million dollar revenue.
Currently, I'm a Product Manager at MetaMask, the world's leading crypto wallet. Before that, I was Head of Product & Growth at Web3Auth, where I turned a free developer tool into the industry standard for Wallet-as-a-Service, growing it from $0 to multi-million USD in ARR.
My journey started far from tech — I co-founded MobiChemist, a health-tech startup delivering medicines to doorsteps. We scaled to 4 cities and were eventually acquired by Tata 1mg. That experience taught me that building the product is the easy part — distribution is where the real game is played.
That's the thesis I'm living by now. In a world where anyone can build anything, the bottleneck is getting it in front of people. I'm going all-in on distribution — through writing, content creation, and building in public.
